Yesterday, Ubisoft announced a partnership with their newest game, Assassin’s Creed: Origins, and Monster Energy, giving fans a chance to win exclusive prizes. The winnings available range from in-game content to behind-the-scenes access. The partnership kicked off with a showcase of the promotion on more than 500 million cans of Monster worldwide, making it one of the largest partnerships in Ubisoft’s 30-year history.
Players of the new Assassin’s Creed title will have the opportunity to unlock in-game resources, starting currency, and weapons when they participate in the promotion. Monster’s Custom Collector’s cans, four-packs, and ten-packs come with a code that can be redeemed online on the official promotion website. The in-game prizes that fans have the opportunity to win include:
- Drachma (in-game currency)
- Animal Resources or World Resources
- Bonus weapons such as:
- Dust Biter sword
- Face Breaker long stave
- Scepter of Thaati long scepter
- Rain Bow
There are only six grand prize trips to the Ubisoft development studio in Montreal, Canada available; so, get drinking, folks! The trips are only eligible for those who reside in the US or Canada. Two tickets are given to each winner, and the winner and their guest will get a behind-the-scenes studio tour. Not to mention that all airfare and transportation will be put on Monster’s tab.
First prize winners will receive an Assassin’s Creed: Origins Xbox One S console bundle. To participate, all fans have to do is go to that site I mentioned earlier for a chance to win the prize package.
In addition to the first prize winners, 150 copies of Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be given away for the Xbox One for fans in Latin America who participate in the promotion.
Even if you don’t win a prize, make sure to check out the next installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise when it hits the shelves on October 27, 2017.
