90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way‘s Rishi’s racist comments weirded people out. First off, we recently met Rishi and his partner Jen in season 4 of The Other Way. And boy it did not take long for Rishi to rub some people the wrong way. He is a personal trainer from India, and he immediately felt the need to tell everyone he is referred to as “Indian Jesus” for his looks. Wow, way to kick the door in and announce yourself, bro.
As you can imagine, that claim immediately made some people hate him. Of course, it also made some people love him. This is reality TV after all. It’s always good to find a balance and dude already seems to be walking that high wire. Even if he is Indian, the comment itself feels racist and tone deaf.

Also, the fact that he tells us that but we never hear another person actually refer to him as that. That’s like me telling you some people call me the “best writer on the internet” without me providing any proof. But hey, if he is already pissing people off and triggering people, that just means he is perfect for this show.
