Despite finishing the season as one of the most controversial cast members during the season, Kris didn’t face any questions about her controversial behavior. Fans had looked forward to hearing Kris defend herself. However, the Tell-All disappointed them. Nonetheless, recent reports indicate producers surprisingly asked co-stars to go easy on Kris. Still, this new development has raised a couple of eyebrows.
Kris Foster’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Relationship
Kris Foster’s relationship with Jeymi Noguera was one of the season’s highlights. There was rarely any week the two didn’t grab the headlines. Sadly enough, it was never for a good reason. Despite their flaws, Kris stood out with an unrivaled frequency of red flags among all the castmates.
The Alabama native constantly lied and displayed weird behaviors that made fans question if she had a drug problem. Despite all of the red flags, Jeymi still married Kris nine days after she arrived in Columbia. However, Jeymi soon found herself abandoned in Columbia after Kris returned to Alabama. For five months, the new couple barely communicated.
When she eventually returned to Columbia, an argument broke out between the estranged couple over Kris’ extended stay in America. The altercation escalated, resulting in Kris forcefully pushing Jeymi out of her car while she attempted to leave post-breakup. Seeing Kris physically assault Jeymi shocked 90 Day Fiancé fans. However, most looked forward to the Tell-All and expected Kris to answer for her behavior.
Surprisingly, the 90 Day Fiancé:The Other Way castmates avoided mentioning anything concerning Kris. Instead, they focused on painting Jeymi as the villain in the relationship. Debbie Noguera even labeled Jeymi a predator, which inevitably pushed many of the show’s fans to call her out on social media. While defending herself from the onslaught of the fans, Debbie has been spilling the beans about the show. The 67-year-old reality star recently sent social media into a frenzy when she confirmed that TLC sanctioned a go-easy order for Kris in the Tell-All. The decision didn’t impress many fans, who have been venting their frustrations.
Kris Gets An Easy Ride And No Accountability
90 Day Fiancé fans have been airing their thoughts about TLC’s go-easy order for Kris in the Tell-All and are not in the least bit pleased about it. Fans highlight the dangerous precedent set by such actions. Loopholes allow cast members to evade accountability despite wrongdoing. Of all the controversial characters that appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4, Kris was the only one who didn’t get to be accountable for her actions even though she had the most questions to answer.
The castmates didn’t spare Mahmoud Sherbiny, who faced criticism for his controlling behavior toward his wife, Nicole Sherbiny. Mahmoud also had to answer questions about how he always forced his religious beliefs on her. It wasn’t any different for Oussama as the castmates all made sure they let him know just how low they thought of him due to the crude way he tried to get Debbie to take him to the US. Debbie’s son Julian even appeared on the Tell-All and continued the onslaught on Oussama.
The same thing happened to Rishi Singh Dhakar; his co-stars called him a coward and a liar. They also criticized him for his cultural beliefs. Most of the show’s fans feel giving Kris an easy ride was wrong and unfair to the other castmates who got called out. On Reddit, one elite deadbeat user started a thread to address the issue while sharing a screenshot of Debbie’s comment on Instagram with the tagline,
Apparently, they were told to go easy on Kris at the tell-all.
Many users wondered why the producers would agree to sanction such an order and felt it was enabling bad behavior. Meanwhile, some other 90 Day Fiancé fans suggested Kris may have arm twisted the producers by claiming she was suicidal and depressed to avoid accountability.
Jeymi Gets Portrayed As The Villain
During the Tell-All, what fans found the most painful was how Jeymi’s co-stars hung her out to dry. Despite receiving mental and physical abuse from Kris throughout the season, no one stood up for her during the Tell-All. Jeymi felt isolated throughout the Tell-All. Many viewers believed she shouldn’t be portrayed as a villain after enduring her tumultuous relationship with Kris. Most 90 Day Fiancé fans who commented on the Reddit thread agreed that no one deserved a call-out during the Tell-All than Kris. Although it has not been confirmed, the decision to give Kris an easy ride during the Tell-All may come back to bite the network in the long run. The Tell-All is the only place where cast members can face accountability for their behavior. However, shielding one cast member over another will only reduce the show’s significance over time.
