90 Day Fiancé’s Omar Albakour lost family in earthquake. Quite a few members, actually. The recent Turkey/Syria earthquake was in a word, devastating. It hit hard with little warning, and due to some bad infrastructure, a lot of buildings literally fell to pieces. Sadly, Omar Albakour and Avery Mills are in the process of hearing that they lost five family members during the quake. And as you will see in the post, many of them were just children.
What can we even say? I normally approach stuff on this site with snark, but I am genuinely at a loss for words here. This thing was between 7-8 on the Richter scale, and it took no prisoners. The saddest part is they thought they lost four members and it’s turned into five. We pray that is the last bad news these two get.

Via Screenrant:
“February was when 90 Day Fiancé’s Omar and Avery were to celebrate four years of marriage, but the couple is currently mourning the loss of their near and dear ones instead. On their joint Instagram account, Avery shared a heartbreaking post revealing the death of Omar’s five close family members due to the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. “What we originally thought was only 4 now became 5 deaths,” Avery wrote in the caption. She confessed that three out of the five victims were very young children. “Our heart is hurting as well as so many other families in Turkey and Syria. May Allah ease the pain,” Avery added. The accompanying photos in the carousel post showed the innocent little angels who lost their lives along with 90 Day Fiancé star Omar’s relatives, their late parents.”
90 Day Fiancé’s Omar Albakour was hit hard by the earthquake. Most of the time, writing about reality TV is great fun. But instances like this remind you just how fleeting life is. Moreover, this tragedy happened quickly and was very far-reaching. It’s a genuinely heartbreaking story to have to report. But the Turkey/Syria earthquake will go down in the history books for all the wrong reasons.
Our heart goes on the Albakour family and everyone else affected by this.
