We know Tania best for her roller-coaster ride of a relationship with Syngin Colchester. Sadly, the two split, and it had quite an effect on Maduro. She decided post-breakup to do all she can to find inner peace again. From traveling to meditation, she is slowly finding her way.

Moreover, she has decided to take a fitness journey as well, just trying to get healthy in as many ways as she can. While that can be overwhelming, we respect her seeking it out actively. That is nothing if not impressive.

“In a recent post, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tania Maduro shared a selfie at the gym with an update on her fitness progress. “Everytime I post I legit feel bad for faithfully ignoring @powherfulfitness for the last 3 weeks,” Tania said in the caption. “Okay the fun is over. I’m ready to back to working out and eating better.” Tania has made it abundantly clear, however, that she hates diet culture, and has previously stressed that she is sharing her own journey, and others shouldn’t feel the need to compare themselves to her. Apart from working on her revenge body, the 90 Day Fiancé star has also been working on her emotional health, and Tania has spent time with friends in exotic locations, including a “Galentine’s” dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day in 2022.”

90 Day Fiancé‘s Tania Maduro continues her health journey. Real talk, the idea of a ‘revenge body’ makes us cringe. If someone wants to lose weight, do it for you. Don’t do it to spite someone else. That is taking on a healthy journey with an unhealthy goal. All that side, kudos to her life changes. Sometimes making small changes can accumulate. It’s not easy to reboot your whole life, but man we respect those who try.
