He said he would be back, and he is. Arnold Schwarzenegger continues this new era of his career by landing a new action movie role with Breakout, Deadline originally reported. Scott Waugh (Need for Speed) will helm the project, which was written by Richard D’Ovidio (The Call).
The new action movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger is quite on the nose with its title. It follows The Terminator actor as Terry Reynolds, who goes on a mission to break his son, Daniel, out of prison in a foreign country. They must work quickly to get out of the country before getting caught. Nobody else has been cast in the film as of writing.
Production will begin later this year in Eastern Europe.
