Graphics in games have been a highly touted debate, do they matter or don’t they, for years for console gaming. But regardless of what you think, Assassin’s Creed: Origins will still look to make its game as beautiful as possible, on both Consoles and PC.
In a recent interview with Resero, Assassin’s Creed: Origins director Ashraf Ismail he spoke about what resolution the game would be rendered at on PS4, Xbox One, PS4 Pro, and Xbox One X.
“For every console, it’s (graphics) push it to the limits of the console’s capabilities,” Ismail said. “We use dynamic resolution scaling so that we can make sure the game is pumping out the strongest visuals, while maintaining a stable frame rate.”
He goes on to stress the importance of framerate for Assassin’s Creed: Origins, stating it’s what keeps the gameplay even.
Ismail also confirmed that as soon as the Xbox One X is available on November 7th, 2017, all Assassin’s Creed: Origins Xbox systems will automatically receive an update allowing it to be rendered at even higher solutions.
Assassin’s Creed: Origins looks to be the biggest and best-looking game that Ubisoft has ever released in the franchise, as Ismail and company has stated on multiple occasions just how vast the Egyptian landscape will be.
