Attack on Titan: The Final Season has surpassed Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood as the top-rated anime on My Anime List. As of now, MAPPA’s iconic series now sits at the number one spot with a 9.23 rating. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood sits at a score of 9.11. The number three spot is Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, with a 9.10 rating.
The series is set to be split into two parts. The first part was released on March 4th, with the second part being scheduled for an undisclosed fall release. With its highly anticipated release, it is no surprise that the anime has risen to the top of the ratings. Most recently, Crunchyroll encountered fan pushback after the website crashed on Saturday. This was due to the sheer number of fans trying to stream the series all at once. The delay lasted somewhere around two hours, with fans demanding that it still air the episode.
The first half of Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 3 is now available to stream on Crunchyroll. A dub is expected soon.
