After three successful seasons, Below Deck Sailing Yacht returned for a fourth season on Monday, April 10. Ahead of the season premiere, the trailer teased a lot of drama and exciting new twists as the returning cast members and new additions to the Parsifal III attempt to navigate a new charter season while dealing with old and new connections.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 Cast
Captain Glenn Shephard returns to the helm of the Parsifal III. He will be joined for another season by his trusted deputies — chief stew Daisy Kelliher and bosun Gary King. The two have a lot of history, and fans will be eager to see if they finally decide to pursue a romantic relationship. Meanwhile, Colin MacRae also returns as the boat’s chief engineer.
They will be joined by five new cast members, including chef ILeisha Dell, new stews Lucy Edmunds and Mads Herrera, alongside deckhands Chase Lemacks and Alex Propson. Already the new casts have generated quite the buzz on social media, as some have massive clout on Instagram. Below is a ranking of all the crew members based on their follower count on Instagram. The list ranges from the lowest to the highest.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Deckhand Chase Lemacks
Chase Lemacks, aka the “fun guy,” is one of the newbies on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4. However, his dream of being on a sailboat has continued since 2019. The deckhand is familiar with large vessels and enjoys globetrotting in them. Chase’s dream for his sailing career is to own a sailboat with which he can do wonders eventually. In his yacht, the deckhand would love to explore more seas and oceans worldwide.
As for his Instagram presence, @chase_lemacks has racked up over 1.3k followers, and nothing has stopped him from sharing deets of his travel adventures with them. Season 4 Below Deck Sailing Yacht deckhand Chase is obsessed with traveling, and he lists his base as Charleston, SC, and everywhere.
Well, this is not far from the truth, as online, his followers get to feast on his world adventures on the sea, in the air, on land, and in the desserts. Chase enjoys trying new destinations and cultures, and thankfully, his Instagram profile is there as proof. Chase’s posts show him flying an airplane and visiting tourist centers in Iceland, including mountainsides and waterfalls.
Chef Ileisha Dell
Ileisha Dell is a seasoned chef — no pun intended. She has been in the culinary business for more than two decades. Her resume includes working in luxury kitchens and restaurants around Australia. Dell served as a pastry chef in many Sydney restaurants. However, she has gained experience as a private chef through her years of consistency. She also worked as a prep chef for Matt Moran’s cooking show.
On Instagram, she goes by the name @ileishadellChef. So far, Below Deck’s Chef Dell has amassed over 1.5k followers on Instagram. In her bio, she tags herself as a freelance private chef, yacht chef, and food lover — and she has remained true to her words by sharing photos that spotlight her passion.
The Australian chef who describes herself as a perfectionist has images displaying how she entertains friends with food; she also shows her Instagram followers a thing or two about the pastry business. Her page also features images of her exploring yachts and having fun in the water. In return, her online fans serenade her with likes and positive comments.
Additionally, Dell has been showing off her excitement for the new season of Below Deck. In one of her posts, she went on to tag herself as the season’s freshest chef. Interestingly, her followers appeared in awe as one person quipped, “You are so fresh it’s true.”
Deckhand Alex Propson
Alex Propson is another deckhand on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 with an interesting Instagram presence. Alex’s Instagram name is his name— @alexpropson. With his 3.7k followers, he declares how much he loves being on the water. He ventured into the sailing business by networking. Through the years, Alex developed deckhand experience and secured a license from his captain.
Stew Mads Herrera

Like the new deckhands, Alex and Chase, Mads Herrera has packed up quite the experience before being a part of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 crew. The new reality TV star who would be making her TV debut on the popular Bravo spin-off series has been on different yacht sails. Mads, who had served on boat deliveries and day charters for two years, boasts over 2k followers on Instagram.
Unlike some of her co-stars who wrote a little bio on their handles, @_madhatta allows her pictures to speak a thousand words. She only has her name “Mads” beneath her profile, but she has shared over twenty photos, all chronicling her life on and offshore. In the show, she might be acting as the unifying factor, especially when a love triangle looks to threaten a friendship.
Stew Lucy Edmunds
Below Deck Sailing Yacht stew, Lucy Edmunds is quite the star she wants people to see, even though she attached the word “clumsy” to herself in the trailer. Her Instagram family ranks over 6k, and her handle, @lucy_edmunds, gets quite the engagement on different posts. Lucy became acquainted with the hospitality business during the pandemic. At 19, she had already become VIP manager in a club and moved on to secure work in high-class restaurants.
The blonde beauty never misses the chance to be on the sea, and her Instagram feeds show that she is quite the charmer, online and offline. While she shares images of her closeness with some of her co-stars on the show, Mads also tugs at hearts, as her followers often compliment her in the comment section.
First Mate Gary King
Gary King is an OG on Bravo’s Below Deck Sailing Yacht. For thirteen years, he has been serving in the yacht industry. Gary, who goes by the name @king_gk on Instagram, is famous for many controversies surrounding his relationship with women— this season, he promises to focus on grabbing the bag and having a great time without intimacy with the girls. However, online he is nothing close to being controversial. Gary thrills his fans with daily routines, including time spent with family and friends. He also has a handful of snaps focused on him posing next to his other OG colleagues on BDSY. At the moment, he has shared 229 posts with his 196k followers.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Captain Glenn Shephard
Captain Glenn Shephard has invested his time in the yacht industry for over two decades. He is also one of the OGs on Below Deck who has headed sails for over ten years on Parsifal III. Captain Glenn’s Instagram followers are about 207k, and he has 601 posts on his page. His Instagram profile @capt_glennshephard shows he is globetrotting with family, friends, and work colleagues when he is not behind the wheel. Though Captain Glenn may have an infectious smile, he is not one to mess with. Once it’s time for business, the OG gets pumped up and ready to go.
Chief Stew, Daisy Kelliher

Under the name @daisykelliher87, the chief stew has garnered 277k followers, and her over 700 posts show that she is neck deep in the yachting business. For fans of the Bravo series, she is not a new face, as Daisy has led her team for two seasons, making this her third time.
On Instagram, whether relaxing or working, Daisy is often captured by her cameras on the sea. This compliments her bravo profile, proving she loves the waters. However, Daisy also carries on with her family’s legacy — as many of her family have been in the business. The list includes her grandfather— an Olympic sailor- and her uncles and aunts.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Chief Engineer, Colin MacRae
For 15 years, Colin MacRae has worked on super yachts. He later established a career as a Chief Engineer on Bravo’s Below Deck Sailing Yacht in its third season. After appearing on screen, the dark-haired engineer immediately melted fans’ hearts with his humor and affection and has been a favorite since then.
Colin’s Instagram profile @parlayrevival_colin has the highest number of followers. With his 286k followers, he has shared about 500 posts, mostly videos. Colin is an engineer and a video creator who drops exciting weekly feeds for his followers.
No doubt, Bravo’s Below Deck season 4 will have diverse personalities setting sail in Sardinia, Italy. With five newbies on board, fans can anticipate fresh storylines and a different mix of drama. Nevertheless, everything will still come down to how these personalities come together to work as a team.
