Today is a special day in the United States; it is a day to remember past soldiers and thank them for their duty. Veterans Day coincides with Armistice Day and Remembrance Day that celebrates the end of World War 1. Since the end of World War 1, the world has changed in ways not many could predict. This week alone, the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 launch vastly exceed the technology from 100 years ago. One thing that has remained the same is people’s fascination with war and love of beef jerky. Today, Jack Link’s has announced their partnership with Call of Duty and Activision.
Since the release of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, a variety of companies have partnered with Activision over the years. Later this week, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is set to release on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Prior to today’s official announcement, Doritos and Mountain Dew had been revealed as partners for Black Ops Cold War.
Jack Link’s is already a partner of Team Envy’s Dallas Fuel (Overwatch League) and Call of Duty League Champions Dallas Empire; however, Jack Link’s partnership with Call of Duty marks its first time with a video game franchise. Today the official announcement revealed what benefits players would get from the partnership.
Jack Link’s Benefits
- Double XP Codes: Fans who purchase Black Ops Cold War-customized packs of Jack Link’s will receive redeemable Double XP points.
