See what went down between Candace and Jojo below.
Candace Apologizes to Jojo Siwa’s ’11-Year-Old’ Heart
As a celebrity, the attention and distractions can get so much, which was the case for the American actress and author. Candace didn’t know about the issue until Jojo called her the “rudest celebrity” on Tiktok. Candace didn’t know the reason for Jojo’s claim, so she had to reach out to find out the reason and apologize.
In their conversation, Jojo, a Tiktok influencer, revealed that the Award Winning actress declined her request for a picture at a red carpet event when she was 11. The 19-year-old went on to say that she approached Candace for a picture, but she asked her to come back later while she continued taking pictures with others. So Jojo’s hurt was understandable.
The “fuller house” star replied to Jojo that she broke her 11-year-old heart and she felt crummy about it. In her words:
“I kind of broke your 11-year-old heart. I didn’t take a picture with you. Ugh! I feel crummy, I feel—JoJo, I’m so sorry.”
The DWTS season 18 third-place winner explained that Jojo kind of understands things better now. Jojo now understands that as a celebrity on the red carpet, you get pulled in different directions while everything is happening at once. The Los Angeles Born actress’ apology to Jojo portrays one thing, love.
The 1976-born actress concluded by saying that she had learned a lesson from this encounter. She pointed out that no matter the number of followers you have as a star, you influence the people around you. Candace and Jojo’s conversation also made the mother of one to fans that may have had similar experiences as Jojo’s.
As Candace Cameron Bure apologizes to Jojo Siwa, other celebrities can emulate her. Fans can really be a lot sometimes, but proper management and understanding can resolve a lot.
