The Halloween Steam sale is here – but be quick, because it ends on November 1st! This is the perfect opportunity for players to pick up great games at low prices. Even if you can’t play the games right now, the price cuts are reason enough to buy and keep them on the backburner until you’re ready.
Let’s just take a look at some of the shining examples. You can get recently-released titles like The Shadow of the Tomb Raider and We Happy Few for just $44.99 and $39.59 respectively. Then there’s the opportunity to pick up slightly older games you may have missed the first time around. Given that The Witcher III: Wild Hunt‘s GOTY edition is selling for a mere $19.99 gives you little excuse not to play it. Then, when you’ve bought that one on Steam, why not spare an extra $4.99 on the original BioShock?
You know you want to. But if you really do, bear in mind the time limit. November 1st is the deadline.
The time of year also presents an appropriate time for horror-based video games. The Steam sale has an impressive list of horror hits such as Left 4 Dead 2, the Dead Rising series and The Evil Within. Bearing price tags from $20.99 down to a mere $1.99, this Steam sale has proven itself to be scarily good (I’m sorry).
But hey, if you miss this sale, it’s not the end of the world. Two more Steam sales have been revealed, thanks to a recent leak. The next one will be the Autumn Sale, which coincides with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It will last for one week, starting Wednesday, November 21st and lasting until Tuesday, November 27th.
But the real biggie is gonna be the Steam Winter Sale. The event will kick off on Thursday, December 20th and ends on Thursday January 3rd.
