Chrissy Teigen skips the 2023 Grammys while her husband attends the event, leaving her to take care of Esti Maxine, but that is all she cares about for the night! Chrissy and her daughter have been bonding forever. Despite the rigors of a growing family, the supermodel is very hands-on, ever willing to nurture her own.
Recall that Teigen and her husband, John Legend, welcomed their third child and second daughter, Esti, on January 13, 2022, but it was during a concert that the singer announced to fans.
Nearly two weeks later, the couple confirmed the news via an absorbable upload of the tot sleeping. The new mom quipped, “look at u out here lookin like a baby.” Her husband dropped by with a heart-melting comment that read, “My little Esti.”
Though it has been almost a month since the family’s newest addition—they have two kids, Luna and Miles, they are still overwhelmed by their baby daughter. For Esti and her mom, nothing is worth coming between them, not even a prestigious award. See how Chrissy Teigen skips the 2023 Grammys just to be with her little one.

Chrissy Teigen Skips 2023 Grammys For Esti Maxine
Chrissy Teigen skips the 2023 Grammys even after making all the preparations. On Sunday night, while celebrities thrilled their fans with snaps of their never-seen outfits, the third-time mom was home.
The 37-year-old did not bother about the red carpet moment, at least not when she needed to play mommy duties. She shared a snap of her wrapping her sleeping tiny tot in a warm embrace while she smiled for the camera.
Though Chrissy Teigen and Esti Maxine looked peaceful in each other’s company, the model acknowledged the award ceremony rather shockingly. She wrote:
“happy grammy day!! had a dress fitting, looked around and realized ….what the hell am I trying to prove here. I cannot get up lol.”
For the Sunday night event, her husband, who attended, was up for three possible wins, including song of the year, best rap performance, and best rap song. Before welcoming her third child, Teigen explained that she had an abortion. What was once believed to be a miscarriage was an abortion to save her life.
Remember that in 2020, the couple lost their child, Jack, who could not live past the complications. Though the couple grieved his death, they never stopped loving their children.
