How do you defeat that which has no life? This thought may be racing through your head as you take on the ever-powerful Volcano Sisters in the newly-released Cris Tales. Volcano and Galley, the heavily armored enemies you’ll be battling, use tactics that make it seem nearly impossible to take them down. That is unless know the Volcano Sisters’ secret weakness (or looked up a guide that could tell you it). If you need help taking down the Volcano Sisters then look no further, this guide has you covered. Here’s how to defeat the Volcano Sisters in Cris Tales.
How to Defeat the Volcano Sisters in Cris Tales
The true secret to defeating the Volcano Sisters lies in your ability to manipulate time. First, you need to use a water attack on their shields with Cristopher. Check out his skill menu and select his water ability (the only ability he will have at this time), casting it on the Sisters. From there, you need to use Crisbell to send them into the future using the Invoke Future Crystal.
After the water has been given some time to rust away the bosses’ shields, you will notice that they have cracked and particles are falling from them. At this point you will be able to land hits with both Crisbell and Cristopher, giving you a fighting chance against the Sisters. Make sure to hit the confirm button at the same time as your current character’s strikes to try and cause as much damage as possible.
It is vital in this boss fight that you parry the attacks of the Volcano Sisters. This is done in much the same way as trying to land a critical attack, simply hit the confirm button at the same time as an enemy hits you. With these fighting tips in mind and the use of Cristopher’s water ability and Crisbell’s time manipulation, you should be able to take down Volcano and Galley with ease.
Following the fight, there might be some trouble of a different variety in store for Crisbell and Cristopher, but that’s for you to find out about yourself!
Cris Tales is available now for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
