The game will follow the story of The Mighty Nein and at previous Critical Role live shows, are full of surprises. The show at Gen Con 2018, included a secret guest appearance by Walking Dead star and voice actor Khary Payton. It’s also where they announced their art book.
Fans are especially excited for this announcement due to its relation to voice actress Ashley Johnson. Though she is a part of the group, she spends most of her time away from the stream filming a television show in New York. Dungeon Master Matthew Mercer is constantly updating his plans on how to introduce or part ways with her character Yasha. A previous tweet from Critical Role says the entire cast will be at a separate panel at the Big Apple, so one could assume Johnson would be at the live game.
Join the ENTIRE cast of #CriticalRole and @TalksMachina host @BrianWFoster in the Big Apple! It's been about 3 years – we're excited to see you all at @NY_Comic_Con!
Expect autograph sessions, panels & some epic photo ops. More details soon at https://t.co/7DlDgsNBX3! #NYCC pic.twitter.com/TByq3hA8jf
