You can use emblems in Destiny 2 to customize your profile banner. While some are obtained through special offers or purchases, others require you to complete specific challenges. The Planestrider Emblem required you to complete a limited-time challenge. This guide will provide information about the Planestrider Emblem in Destiny 2.
How to Get the Planestrider Emblem in Destiny 2
Unfortunately, you can no longer unlock the Planestrider Emblem. The Planestrider Emblem was available during Season 15, the Season of the Lost, through Seasonal Challenges. You obtained it by completing the Week 10 challenge Display of Supremacy, requiring you to unlock the Vanguard ornament for the Ascendancy rocket launcher. The Vanguard ornament was a reward you received from Commander Zavala in the Tower Courtyard after prestiging your Vanguard rank. The Ascendancy rocket launcher in Destiny 2 was unlocked by reaching Vanguard rank 16. After getting the weapon and ornament, you could claim the emblem as a reward in your Seasonal Challenges list. The emblem was available until February 22, when Season 16 was released with a new set of challenges and rewards.
Fortunately, while you cannot obtain the Planestrider Emblem during the current season, the Season of the Risen, a new emblem is available to grab. The emblem available during the current season is the Psychic Warfare Emblem. Like Planestrider, you must complete the Week 10 challenge of obtaining a weapon ornament. However, you have to get the Stalwart Skin ornament for the Reckless Endangerment shotgun instead of the Vanguard ornament for Ascendancy. After reaching Legend rank and prestiging, the Stalwart Skin will appear as a reward. After obtaining this reward, go to your Seasonal Challenges and claim the Season 16 Psychic Warfare Emblem. Similar to the Planestrider Emblem currently unavailable, the Psychic Warfare emblem will no longer be unlockable once Season 17 releases.
