Many Destiny 2 fans are aware of the crazy amount of grinding the game expects from them sometimes. For example, one of the newest Destiny 2 seasonal challenges titled “Sorrow Bound IV” asks for players to defeat Cabal Centurions throughout the entire system. As big of a net as that is, there is still a requirement to kill 50 of them if gamers want the reward. Luckily, there are efficient farming methods to finish this quickly so fans won’t be searching for a needle in a haystack. So for players looking to complete this quest quickly or any other related mission, here is where to farm Cabal Centurions in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2 Cabal Centurion Farming Location
The most efficient method for where to farm Cabal Centurions in Destiny 2 is to go to the planet Nessus and land on “The Cistern” landing zone in the Arcadian Valley. The Cistern typically spawns plenty of Centurions, but one spot, in particular, is a guaranteed spawning zone for them. Once gamers are at the landing zone, they should use their sparrow to fly northwest through the Pools of Luminance. One important thing to note is that to ensure the Centurion spawns at the desired point, they must not kill any enemies along the way.
Once gamers make their way to The Conflux Lost Sector, go up the small hill circling the tree and go to the top of the waterfall. This is where the Destiny 2 Cabal Centurion Farming Location will be. Across the river, a normal Cabal enemy should be standing on the rock, scanning for enemies. If there is no enemy, players should reload the area and keep doing it until there is one.
When players do this successfully, they should expect to fight against a group of five enemies, one being the sought-after Centurion. Once all of the Cabals have been dealt with, jump up to the top of the nearby structure that’s northwest of their position. When players get a certain distance away, they should hear an audio cue that notes when a cabal ship has landed, dropping a group of enemies right where the last group was.
This will always guarantee a Centurion enemy drop, so if players keep repeating this process, they will eventually hit their quota much faster than running around hunting for them. And if fans want to make the process even quicker, they can use a Destiny 2 Sniper to kill the cabal enemies directly from the structure instead of running back down and up. That way, they will stay out of the radius circle, and the cabal ship will keep dropping down Centurions.
Destiny 2 is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms.
