It was only yesterday that Dying Light 2: Stay Human dropped a brand-new parkour challenge called “Flying Scorpion,” with players from all around The City participating in this new treat, allowing them to show off their sweet parkour skills. Well, if you liked that, then you will love this new announcement because four new challenges, just like Flying Scorpion, will begin to appear from Thursday 17th March, just waiting for you to test them out. After all the bugs that came with the game’s release, it now looks like the game is heading in the right direction – courtesy of a few patch updates as well. Check out a little teaser for the new challenges in Dying Light 2 below.
What are these new challenges in Dying Light 2?
Techland, the developers behind the game, have specially prepared these new parkour challenges for Dying Light 2, and they are as follows:
- Suspension of Disbelief – This challenge will test your wall-running skills in the heart of the Central Loop
- Grakour – This challenge is based in the Old Villedor and will test all your basic skills, so don’t make any mistakes, or you will fail miserably.
- Stroll on the River – This is more of a swimming challenge, so make sure you bring your swimming costume.
- My Whole World is a Glider – It is the chemical area that you must avoid with this one, as you glide over the area like a majestic bird.
The fun doesn’t stop there, because Techland is also preparing a brand-new series at The Fish Eye, with the aim of focusing on post-launch activities for Dying Light 2: Stay Human, the developer’s lives, and entertainment straight from The City. The first episode will see several developers face each other in four challenges in the hopes of earning a prize and the prestigious title of the first Techland Night Runner. There is also a teaser for this, so be sure to check that out; most likely to drop this week.
