Dying Light 2 features a whole heap of resources that you must collect out in the wild. From the most simple resources used to craft bandages and other healing items, to getting something as useful as a set of Inhibitors, there’s no shortage to the number of resources you can farm and hoard for whatever you may need. One such resource that proves as both a useful and quick way to prevent your turning is UV Shroomz, but you may be wondering where to find these in abundance. No need to fret though. In this guide, we’ll explain where you can farm yourself some easy UV Shroomz in Dying Light 2!
Where to Farm UV Shroomz in Dying Light 2
For starters, you’ll want to head to Old Villedor if you’ve already made it over to the Central Loop. This area is a lot more bountiful in UV Shroomz, as later zones give you better resources to fulfill the same purpose (though not as often). Once there, head onto the rooftops and begin looking for trees and bee boxes scattered around the rooftops. To be a bit more specific, you’re looking for the glowing blue mushrooms located either on or next to them. These are your UV Shroomz and can be collected using the key prompted when next to them.
Be sure to collect these as often as possible, as they’re useful both as a quick time boost when exploring at night. Just make sure they’re equipped in one of your accessory slots, or else you won’t be able to use them. This can be done through your inventory in the appropriate menu, which can also be done for any other accessory you have. You can only have four equipped at once though, so choose wisely.
