One of the many weapon classes you can find in Elden Ring is known as curved swords. One such weapon in this class is the Scavenger’s Curved Sword. This weapon is a curved sword with the ability to borrow from the katana class: built-in Bleed damage. If you want to take on the fantastic Bleed status effect but want to stay true to your curved swords or simply want to give the weapon class a spin, there are few other better options than this weapon. This guide will explain where and how to get the Scavenger’s Curved Sword in Elden Ring.
How To Get The Scavenger’s Curved Sword In Elden Ring
The Scavenger’s Curved Sword is in Mt. Gelmir on one of the many corpses strewed across the scorched, war-torn region. The path that you will need to take to reach this weapon starts at the First Mt. Gelmir Campsite Site of Grace. From here, look to the northwest, where you will see a large watchtower. Go past the said tower and take a rock bridge that has fallen to the right of the tower to the small landing pictured on the map below. From here, go towards the ladder against the wall, and doing so will have a Grafted Scion jump down to attack you. Defeating the Scion is not necessary, but it makes escaping this area after you pick up the Scavenger’s Curved Sword with your life much easier. The weapon is on the corpse pictured below, pillage it, and the Scavenger’s Curved Sword will be added to your inventory.

Despite it being found in Mt. Gelmir, the Scavenger’s Curved Sword doesn’t require that much in terms of stats to wield, only needing level 9 in Strength and level 14 in Dexterity. While it retains the basic Spinning Slash weapon Skill that other curved weapons have, it can easily take on several different Ashes of War which will provide the weapon with different skills and scaling to fit the build that you want to use with it.
Elden Ring is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
