While the world might be a lot more excited for Final Fantasy 16’s launch next June of 2023, some people are still enjoying the MMO game a lot. Final Fantasy 14 established itself as one of the most played games of the last year. Given how WoW players were disgruntled with the legendary MMO, some people saw FFXIV as an escape, and it paid off. With the huge success of the Endwalker expansion, Yoshi-P’s team is planning a lot of things for the future. While the 6.3 update for Final Fantasy 14 already had one live letter, the second live letter is on the way and it is coming this week.
Final Fantasy 14 6.3 Second Live Letter will take place on December 23 at 3 a.m. PT/6 a.m. EST
As usual, most Final Fantasy 14 live letter streams take place in Japan’s timezone, which means the one for the 6.3 update will follow that tradition. You can still catch some of the live letter event if you wake up early or just wait for the stream to be up on YouTube. The event should focus on things like the new Deep Dungeon, changes to the Paladin rotation, and more.
In the darkness of the Thirteenth, an unexpected ally was found, but an unforeseen threat still lies ahead.

People are excited to see what the game has in store. While most are still playing the game, the decrease in its player base has been noticeable. Not because the game has become bad or anything, but rather, because these updates have brought things that players finish too fast. Unless you’re aiming to finish the hardest raids of each patch, there’s not much to do. You can always level some other jobs, of course, but as the producer has stated, it is nice to take a break. Still, we hope that the Final Fantasy 14 6.3 live letter brings some great news to draw people in again. 6.2 was great with the Hildibrand quests and the Criterion dungeons, so we hope this upcoming update brings the same amount of content or even more.
