Taron Egerton Has Conquered Film and Now Aims for Television
The Golden Globe Award-winning actor has starred in the hit films Kingsman and Kingsman: The Golden Circle. Taron Egerton received the Golden Globe Award for his lead role in Rocketman and earned an Academy Award nomination. He most recently starred as Jimmy Keene in the series Black Bird. Egerton made such a good impression on the team of that series that they are working on Firebird with him. The actor has shown his acting and singing talents time and time again. He did his own singing for the animated films Sing and Sing 2. Though Firebug is far from a musical comedy film, it further shows the range of Egerton. The Apple TV+ drama series will show the escalation of the crimes by Orr. Black Bird shows Taron Egerton as a character who has to do something very unpleasant in order to get less prison time.
He’ll be on the other side of the law for Firebug. There is no official release date for the Apple TV+ drama series.
