Lazy Lagoon is a beautiful small lake in the center of a volcano on the Mainland Island in Fortnite. The Lazy Lagoon was supposedly brought there by The Zero Point. This all happened in Update v21.40 along with Fortnite x Dragon Ball Z, Pirate cannons, and new and improved Tilted Towers. Read more to learn where to find Lazy Lagoon, its history, and what kind of loot you can pick up there.
What is Lazy Lagoon?
On the small lake that is the Lazy Lagoon, despite its beautiful exterior, sits a daunting pirate ship.
Throughout the small town that was built around the Lazy Lagoon, there are Pirate buildings where their Pirate Cannons are kept.
The location where the Lazy Lagoon is located was once the Daily Bugle where Peely used to spawn, although there have been big changes. The Reality Roots that grow around the volcano are the cause for the Daily Bugle transforming into the Lazy Lagoon. To this day, the Daily Bugle sign still sits in the once very different area.

Lazy Lagoon Buildings and Loot
There are a few distinct areas within the Lazy Lagoon that may be of interest to you!
The largest building that sits in Lazy Lagoon is the Tavern, which is a three-story building that actually holds a bar and even an area to sit around and relax. You can find 2 chests in this building. The first is above the staircase on the first floor, while the second is in the attic.
Another building you can find in Lazy Lagoon is the Red Wood Apartments. Here, you can find a chest in the upstairs bedroom on top of the bed.
There is a resting area that contains hammocks to relax in. In this building, you can find one chest in the attic.
Every town needs at least one supermarket! In this tiny market, there is a shop downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. If you venture into the attic, you will find a chest.
The Pirate Ship is the center point of the town, containing large sails set upon tall masts and loads of storage and rooms. Inside the ship, you can find 6 chests! These chests are located on the dresser, in the pantry, in the storage room, and in a jail cell.
On the scattered Islands around the ship, you can also find 2 chests. They are in the broken shed on the center island and near the palm trees on the top Island.
