Since the split between Frank and his ex-wife, Dolores, welcoming new partners always received extreme criticism from their family members. But this time around, Frank’s girlfriend, Brittany Mattessich, met a different fate. Frank revealed that even his ex-spouse’s daughter, Gabby, who happens to be his worst critic on dating-related issues, accepted Brittany. The former advocate and actor is excited that the people he expected to disprove his lover gave a positive reaction.

The Catalia family has accepted Frank’s girlfriend, Brittany Mattessich, and she’s excited about it. When Mattessich was asked how she felt about the acceptance by her boyfriend’s family, she was grateful to God for it. She went on to admit that she loves it, and that’s all she ever wants.
According to Frank, asides from Dolores accepting his girlfriend, the RHONJ cast isn’t left out. She started filming this year, and everybody on the set likes her. He pointed out that it’s difficult to argue with Brittany, and one will look bad if he or she tries to.
Frank also revealed that he tries to block her from any controversy before it goes through the ceiling.

It should be an awkward situation between the trio as his ex-spouse still resides with him. In the interview with Page Six, Frank discussed that he has an uncommon relationship with his ex, Dolores. But it didn’t affect Frank’s girlfriend from being accepted by Dolores and his other family members. Frank and Dolores split several years ago but are close because of their kids.
Before being accepted into the family, Frank Catania‘s new girlfriend already knew about his closeness to his ex-spouse. The actor revealed that before he and Brittany became an item, she already knew about Dolores. And when they started dating, he disclosed it was not a problem at all.
