How To Earn Vitalized Dragontooth in Genshin Impact

To start with, you have to acquire Strange Teeth that are spread throughout the Dragonspine region. There are 4 in total, and they spawn about every two days. The first Strange Tooth can be found on a small island near the northern edge of the Dragonspine region. The island will be guarded by two Abyss Mages, so be prepared. Another one can be found near the Waypoint, located near the southeast coast of the region. The remaining two can be found in Heart Cavern and near the Jaw-like structure on the northwest side of the region.

​Once you have acquired 4 Strange Teeth, head towards the hidden core in the Wyrmrest Valley. Here you need to interact with the hear-shaped structure and revitalize the Strange Tooth that will change it into a Vitalized Dragontooth. These can then be used to forge a Dragonspine Spear by talking to any of the blacksmiths in the game. Keep in mind in order to fully refine a Dragonspine Spear, you’ll need multiple teeth, and this cannot be done within a day or two. The Dragonspine Spear is worthwhile though, as it’s a solid weapon that deals Cryo damage. It is a good option for free-to-play players and can certainly wreak havoc when fully refined. Apart from the Vitalized Dragontooth, the other materials required to forge the Dragonspine Spear are 50 Starsilver, 500 Mora, and a Northlander Polearm Billet.
