Cor Lapis, like with Dandelion Seeds, is required in crafting recipes and in the ascension of characters in Genshin Impact. However, it is not clear where you can find this resource. Luckily, we’ve found some of the best spots to do just that. So here is Where to Farm Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact.
Where to Farm and Find Cor Lapis In Genshin Impact
The best place to farm Cor Lapis is along cliffs in the Liyue region of Genshin Impact. It is described in-game as a local specialty, being available exclusively there and not Mondstadt. Unlike other materials like Dandelion Seeds, getting Cor Lapis is not a walk in a park. High-level enemies generally spawn around their farming locations, making things that much more difficult. One great place to farm Cor Lapis in Liyue is Mt. Hualo. You will want to look for bright orange crystal-like formations in both areas. It is worth noting that if you intend on heading up to Mt. Hualo, we recommend being careful as one wrong move could leave your character falling to their death.
Our Other Genshin Impact Guides
To get Cor Lapis in the game, you will need to harvest it similarly to how you harvest Dandelion Seeds. You will need to attack it in a specific way, and for Cor Lapis, you’ll need to attack it with heavy weapons. This is weapons like greatswords and clubs, as Claymores do heavy damage to rocks. If you don’t have this weapon, you can alternatively use Amber’s heavy attack to get it done.
After you get some Cor Lapis, you can then use it to ascend both Chongyun and Keqing in Genshin Impact. You’ll need 168 Cor Laps to fully ascend both of them. Along with this, you can use Cor Lapis for the following recipes:
- Dustproof Potion
- Unmoving Essential Potion
