The next-generation, hack-and-slash looter, Godfall, is one of the launch titles for the much-anticipated PlayStation 5. Earlier today, Counterplay Games and Gearbox Publishing announced the pre-order details for the digital and physical versions of the game for PlayStation 5.
Available through GameStop, Best Buy and the PlayStation Store, Godfall will have three different pre-order tiers: Standard ($69.99), Deluxe ($89.99) and Ascended ($99.99). Both the Deluxe and Ascended editions of Godfall grant players access to the first expansion, but the Ascended version comes with exclusive digital content.
However, all PlayStation 5 pre-orders for Godfall will include a “Starter Pack of early equipment Augments and Trinkets, Chrome Silvermane, Phoenix and Greyhawk skin cosmetic variant, a red Typhon variant and Zer0’s sword from Borderlands.”
Along with the pre-order announcement, a new story trailer was released on the @PlayGodfall Twitter page, giving players a deeper look into the lore of the world. Check it out here!
Announced briefly at E3, Godfall is an experience fit for the gods:
Godfall is a brand-new, next-gen looter-slasher, set in a bright fantasy universe filled with heroic knights and arcane magic.
Embark on adventure in a fantasy action RPG that utilizes high-impact third-person melee combat to engage players as they hunt for loot, don legendary armour sets and defeat vicious enemies. Face challenging missions that reward you with head-turning loot as you vanquish the armies that stand against you.
Godfall pre-orders, physically and digitally, are available now, and the hack-and-slash looter is set to launch on November 12th, 2020, for PlayStation 5 and PC through the Epic Games Store.
