CD Projekt’s GOG digital distribution platform is celebrating Constitution Day in Poland by teaming up with peripheral manufacturer Razer to launch the Polish Games Festival. From today until Monday, May 10, players will be able to nab some serious discounts on games made by Polish developers. With some serious game-development pedigree coming out of the European nation, there’s no shortage of great games featured in the event.
GOG.COM is all about its hand-picked selection of unique indies, all-time classics and exceptional AAAs – coming from Poland, we keep a special place for titles created there. This time together with Razer, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, we’re running a week-long Polish Games Festival to promote Polish games to gamers around the globe.“
GOG has slapped discounts on just shy of 200 games. We’ve had a quick look at what’s on offer, and GOG’s been fairly loose with categorizing Polish-made games and included titles from Polish publishers such as 11 bit Studios, too. Highlights include 66% off snowy city-builder Frostpunk, 20% off The Medium, 70% off of Digital Sun’s indie action RPG Moonlighter, 50% off Children of Morta, 75% off 11 bit Studios’ acclaimed This War of Mine, 35% off Yes, Your Grace, and 60% off SUPERHOT.
GOG x Razer Special Discount and Contests
As for Razer’s involvement, the manufacturer is gifting anyone who drops some coin for any game featured in the Polish Games Festival a special 15% off discount on all and any peripheral purchase in the Razer store. If you’re in the market for a new keyboard or mouse, this couldn’t have come at a better time.
Lastly, GOG says it’s planning a few surprises and activities through the week-long event, including contests to win sets of Razer peripherals and games from GOG. No firm details on these quite yet, so keep your eyes peeled on GOG as the week progresses.
