Bronny James, the son of American professional basketball player LeBron James, was rushed off the court of his high school basketball game this weekend because of a gun scare in the crowd. Bronny’s team, the Sierra Canyon boys, was playing against DeMatha in Washington, D.C., on Saturday night when the horrifying incident occurred.
It was reported that a fight broke out, and someone pulled out the weapon toward the end of the game. The stands went berserk, leaving the auditorium in scampers.
Everyone, including coaches and players, had to find safety immediately. At this point, everyone was worried about the whereabouts of the firearm in the crowd.
Thankfully, the cops disclosed to TMZÂ that they did not locate any gun after a thorough search when they arrived at the scene. Although Bronny James’ high school basketball game came to an abrupt end due to the gun scare, family and fans are grateful everyone is okay.
The Sierra Canyon vs. DeMatha game had to be cut short after a fight broke out in the stands and "gun" was yelled, which prompted both teams to run off the floor.

Bronny James Addresses Gun Scare at Paragon Marketing Group Organized High School Basketball Game
Paragon Marketing Group organized the high school basketball game that had everyone, including Bronny James scurrying for safety due to a gun scare. A teenager at the game asserted that the Wise High gym was too small for the crowd.
The teenager opined that a bigger space like where the Mystics play in Southeast would have curbed the menace. A better hall wouldn’t have had all the aisles packed around the balcony.
The attendee further stated that someone could have gotten really injured because of the bad setup. Per Mail Online, this won’t be the first time that Paragon Marketing Group is organizing a controversial competition.
ESPN regretted airing a game between Bishop Sycamore against reigning national champion IMG Academy in Ohio last year. The game was organized by the same group, and it was later discovered that Bishop Sycamore is a post-grad football academy and not a high school.
The coach of the team admitted they were fake after a shameful 58-0 loss to IMG Academy. Again, the group is responsible for organizing the high school basketball game that made Bronny James rush off the court due to a gun scare.
The young American Basketball player has addressed the situation on his social media page, saying, “high schoolers can’t even hoop in peace nowadays.” It’s no doubt Bronny is shaken up by the incident; his father is yet to make a comment.
