Olivia Dunne may make more headlines as a celebrity than as a gymnast, but the Instagram and TikTok sensation is still going strong with her OG skillset. In August 2023, the LSU star showed her 8 million TikTok followers what she’s made of, posting a jaw-dropping routine largely seeing her handling the uneven bars as she offered a sneak peek into her training regimen.
Toning up her already ripped muscles as she whipped herself around high bars before working her abs with leg lifts from a wall, Olivia kidded that training ahead of a new season is “no joke,” and she wasn’t wrong.
Olivia Dunne Impresses TikTok With Gymnast Moves
Outfitted in tiny black Nike shorts that showed off her muscular legs, Olivia kept stylish in a matching crop top, peeping her rock-hard abs as she got busy building even more muscle.
Pulling off moves recently seen by Olympian Simone Biles, the 21-year-old wowed as she coordinated her entire body to swing around the bars, using only her upper body strength during many moments alongside pointing her feet.
Flipping around the bars as she rocked her blonde locks tied back, Olivia briefly paused after her bars training to adjust her ponytail, but there was more of the grueling training to come. Lifting herself using a horizontal wall bar, the Vuori Clothing partner carefully hoisted her legs up to work her core, doing the same while back on the bars and with a cushioned mat between her legs and the metal.

In a caption, Olivia wrote: “Pre-szn conditioning is no joke.”
Fans have left over 399,000 likes. Olivia, who began gymnastics as a child, is known for her extreme flexibility and artistic flair, but her fame stems from her fun, eye-catching social media posts. By 2021, the New Jersey native was already the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media. Olivia is also active on Instagram, where her following sits above 5 million.
“I don’t feel too much pressure, because doing social media is always something that I’ve loved, and I’ve always taken it pretty seriously,” she told NY Post, adding: “At times, I can get overwhelmed with how busy things are, but I don’t feel pressure on a day-to-day basis.”
Olivia has been spending the past week in France, where she joins the list of stars attending the Paris 2024 Olympics. She recently gave fans a tour of the French capital’s sights, including the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.
Fans did mock Olivia for not being a part of the Olympic team, but they’re likely not making fun of the staggering seven figures she brings in from her various social media endorsements.
