Halo Infinite will be released with 119 Achievements that give you a total of 1,600 Gamerscore. One of the most looked-after Achievements on that list is “Peak Performance.” According to the Xbox and Steam’s Achievement list, here’s how you can get the Peak Performance Achievement in Halo Infinite.
Peak Performance
Earn 2,000 score in a matchmade game.
Sounds pretty tough, especially if you aren’t particularly good in PVP, right? Don’t fret, because there is an extremely easy way to unlock the Achievement.
Halo Infinite: Easiest Way to Get the Peak Performance Achievement
As mentioned above, this Achievement can only be unlocked in a matchmade multiplayer game. Score kills, assists, spot/mark enemies, and complete game objectives to get the points. A decent player might be able to rack up 2,000 points with around 15 kills and assists in Quick Play, Big Team Battle, or Ranked Arena alone. With that in mind, you might want to get some friends to team up to make coordinating (and getting assists) easier.
However, if you aren’t a particularly decent player (like me), personally I find the easiest way to get the Peak Performance achievement is by simply playing the Bot Bootcamp mode. It was even my first Achievement I got along with “Clocking In” (Completed a Daily Challenge). Just like Daily and Weekly Challenges, some of the Halo Infinite achievements can still be unlocked when you fight against bots. Bot Bootcamp matches you with other real players as teammates as well, so you can clear some matchmade Challenges along the way too.
The fastest way to rack up points is by defeating the opposing bots in the classic Slayer (team deathmatch) mode. Nevertheless, if you do end up getting into an objective mode like CTF or Oddball, always hog the objectives. The bots can barely score in those types of games so just take it easy. Also, make sure you are playing the actual Bot Bootcamp matchmaking and not a Custom Game:
- Choose the Play tab.
- Pick Multiplayer.
- Pick Bot Bootcamp.
- Press the blue Play button without selecting the Game List option.
