Coming straight out of IO Interactive is some news about Ambrose Island, Hitman 3’s new pirate-infused level. This upcoming level will be free for everyone that already owns a copy of Hitman 3, and it will be ready to experience on July 26th, 2022.

What to Know About Hitman 3’s New Pirate Level
Hitman 3’s new pirate level is a little bit unexpected, right? Agent 47 really does get around – he’s better traveled than Phileas Fogg. Being a super-assassin, you can’t stay in one place for too long, and this new level sees the hairless hitman readying himself for a new and exciting mission. What do we know about this new destination, though? Agent 47 is sent to a pirate island and becomes a little bit out of his comfort zone.
Once Agent 47 has reached Ambrose Island, he will know immediately about the dangers that face a man of his skillset. Hitman 3’s new pirate-themed level is full of… you guessed it, pirates. A dangerous territory such as this will force this deadly killer to think on his feet and try to maneuver around this foreign island to achieve his objectives.
Suppose the rest of the game is anything to go by. If that’s the case, Hitman 3’s new pirate level will be fully explorable and consist of complex challenges that will test your stealth skills (which is expected) as well as your talents as a marksman – it’s not all sneaking around, trying not to be seen you know.
The game has received mixed to positive reviews since it was released in January 2021, but this could also be the perfect breath of fresh air the game needs to force it back into the public eye. Let’s see what it is like on July 26th.
