What is Chemistry System in FIFA 23?
Team Chemistry is one way to increase your Squad capabilities. You will increase your abilities by linking your Squad Members with Players with the same Club, League, or Nationality. In addition, it provides stat boosts for loyalty and positioning, which affect team performance. Chemistry has zero three scales, so you must add three Chemistry points for each player to increase the total Chemistry.
The Chemistry System has been a part of the FIFA series since FIFA 14. In FIFA 23, the Chemistry System has been completely revamped. The new system is designed to be more user-friendly and easy to understand.

How does the Chemistry System work in FIFA 23?
In FIFA 23 Chemistry System, you can get up to 3 chemistry for one player boosting their player chemistry by adding a player from the same Nation, Club, or League. This Chemistry system is different than other Chemistry systems of previous versions. Because playing any player with 0 Chemistry or Out of Position will not harm the player stat.
