Jangmo-o is one of the most versatile Pokemon introduced into the game from the seasons of Alola Pokemon Go event. Compared to other types, he has few weaknesses and is quick to learn different move types. All in all, having this dragon Pokemon on your team is always a welcome addition. This guide will teach you how to catch Jangmo-o in Pokemon Go.

How to Catch Jangmo-o in Pokemon Go

Jangmo-o in Pokemon Go
Jangmo-o is a rare spawn and as a dragon Pokemon, it is mostly found in densely populated places. In the wild, it can be found around monuments and landmarks marked on the map. To increase your luck of catching him, try purchasing lots of lure modules while activating as much insense as possible. Unfortunately, there aren’t any dragon-specific modules out there, so it doesn’t mean he will appear just because you are using them. Jangmo-o can also be hatched from 10km eggs, but given the many more pokemon types you can also hatch, it is also a matter of luck.

Once you catch Jangmo-o or hatch it from an egg, you will need 25 candies to evolve it to Hakamo-o. Following this, another 100 candies will evolve Hakamo-o to Kommo-o. All this might seem expensive in terms of berries, candies, and time but having Jangmo-oo and its forms on your team will make it stronger for any PvP matchup.

And that wraps up our article on how to catch Jangmo-o in Pokemon Go. In summary, It all comes down to persistence and luck. You can try a few methods to lure the Pokemon, but the best strategy is to go out in the wild and visit the places it is most likely to spawn. As for appearance, Jangmo-o is a small quadrupedal Pokemon that looks like a dinosaur. Its lower half body is black, while the upper body is light gray.

Pokemon Go is available on iOS and Android platforms.
