How to Change Skins and Cosmetics in Overwatch 2
One of the major reasons player wants to change their cosmetics or skin in Overwatch 2 is because the players can use all the items they acquired from the first game in Overwatch 2 as well. So when you start the game, you will see the character and all cosmetics you used in the previous game.
Nonetheless, the first step in changing your skins and cosmetics in Overwatch 2 is to go to the main menu and go to the heroes tab. In this tab, you can customize skins, cosmetics, voice lines, emotes, victory poses, and much more of every single character available.
If you prefer to change the appearance of your character before every match, you can also do that. In the menu where you select the character you want to play the match with, you should be able to see a drop-down box in the top right corner of the screen.

Selecting it will bring the list of all skins you can choose from. But bear in mind that you can only change the skin of your character before the match begins. Since this is a quick way to change skin, you can’t change other things like cosmetic items or emotes. To do that, you must go to the main menu and use the heroes tab.
