How To Complete Mayak Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom

If you are completing the Death Mountain quests, why not learn how to complete Mayak Shrine, Timely Catches, in Tears of the Kingdom? The shrines in Tears of the Kingdom are found throughout the kingdom of Hyrule. In some of them, you will have to use logic or your creativity, but in others, like Mayak Shrine, you will have to maximize your speed. In it, you will have to play a race to the inside mechanisms to find the exit.

How To Find Mayak Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom 

To find Mayak Shrine, head to the Northeast of the East Deplian Badlands. It is located on the surface of that area. Look for a different entrance to the shrine. 

How To Solve Timely Catches in Tears of the Kingdom

Mayak Shrine consists of two main puzzles. Here is the solution for each puzzle. In the first room, you will find the following elements:

• Big Metal Ball
• Orange Triggering Device
• Booster

Use these elements to solve the puzzle in Mayak Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom as follows: 

1. Use the Booster to reach the second platform.
2. Activate Ultrahand, and grab the Big Metal Ball.
3. Drop the Big Metal Ball into the chute on the right side.
4. Activate the Orange Triggering Device before the ball reaches the end of the chute. You can use an arrow from a distance or hit it with your weapon.
5. If the timing is correct, the ball will fall on the floating platform with the target, opening the gate to the next room of the shrine.

In the second room, you will find the following elements:

• Booster
• Booster 2
• Orange Triggering Device
• Big Metal Ball

Use these elements to solve the puzzle Mayak Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom as follows: 

1. Use the first Booster to reach the higher platform.
2. Glide towards the treasure and shoot an arrow to drop it into the water.
3. Head to the treasure and use Ultrahand to pull it out of the water. The treasure is a Large Zonaite Charge.
4. Return to the first Booster and use your glider to reach the second Booster.
5. Once you reach the top, use Ultrahand to place the Big Metal Ball into the chute.
6. Before the Big Metal Ball lands on the target, quickly go to the Orange Triggering Device and activate it.
7. If you can’t reach the Orange Triggering device in time, use your Recall ability to delay the ball’s progress.
8. Once the Orange Triggering Device is activated, the ball will hit the target, opening the final door of the shrine.
