She is worried that Pirates have settled nearby, on northern Akkala Beach. However, no one agreed to help her, as they are quite dangerous. Fortunately, Link can deal with any enemies. Therefore, after the dialogue, The Gathering Pirates quest will begin.
The Gathering Pirates Walkthrough
During the dialogue, Aya will point you to a large tree near the cliff. Approaching it, you will be able to see all 3 Pirate ships. They contain quite a few enemies, including Boss Bokoblin, Moblins, Bokoblins, and Aerocudas. And since these are quite strong enemies, you will need the right strategy to win.
So, to complete The Gathering Pirates in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you must defeat all the Pirates on three ships. Therefore, go a little north along the cliff to get closer to the ships. Then jump and use the Paraglider to fly to them.
