To start the Traveler’s Prayer side quest, you’ll need to visit The Hog’s Head in Yelesna. This place is located in the south of the Fractured Peaks. You must be at least level +7 to claim the Traveler’s Prayer side quest in Diablo 4. Once you reach The Hog’s Head, you can start the quest by clicking the Pilgrim’s Letter on the table. The letter has a note that says;

“From Yelesna, I set out on my pilgrimage. I offered thanks at a roadside shrine and received a blessing for my journey…”

After getting the quest, you’ll need to give your thanks at the Shrine. This side quest instructs you to visit the Shrine where the pilgrim praised God and offer your thanks. You can see where you need to go on the map in a blue circle. You can track down this blue circle on the mini-map.

When you reach the center of the circle, you will see an altar with pieces of paper on it. First, clear all the enemies around the Shrine. From there, open the Emote wheel by pressing the E key on your keyboard and say, “Thanks.” If you are on the console, you can open the Emote wheel with the D-pad. If the “Thanks” emote is not assigned, you can click Customize to add it to the wheel. Upon thanking the Shrine, the quest will be completed, and you’ll receive your rewards.

Traveler’s Prayer Rewards

Once you complete the Traveler’s Prayer side quest, you’ll get a Weak Elixir of Poison, a Weak Third Eye Elixir, +20 Fractured Peaks Renown, 1,932 XP, and 520 Gold as rewards. The rewards are really heartwarming for a side quest that’s pretty easy to do.

Hopefully, this walkthrough has given you a solid overview of how to complete the Traveler’s Prayer in Diablo 4.
