However, it is not enough just to know Shrine’s coordinates. You will also need special equipment, as Otutsum Shrine is located in a relatively cold location.
So, before you go to Otutsum Shrine, we recommend you find and equip clothing with cold resistance or eat food with the same effect. Then fast travel to the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and fly northwest. Follow the coordinates so you don’t miss Shrine. You can also look down to see its green glow.
After that, you need to interact with Shrine to unlock a new fast travel point and open the entrance inside. Finally, head to the Otutsum Shrine to claim your well-deserved Light of Blessing. And don’t forget to open the Treasure Chest. In it, you will find Topaz.
