You can get Fleet Lotus Seeds in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom at Rutile Lake, Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower, and Shrine Island. Since Fleet Lotus plants grow near water bodies, most of the water bodies in Hyrule obtain this plant. However, above mentioned locations are the best locations to farm many of them. The above map shows the exact locations.

Also, Lanayru Great Spring is another excellent location to get some of them. It might not have many, but you will get enough to cook one or two recipes. Also, when exploring near water bodies, do not forget to look for these seeds since they are helpful.

What Are Fleet Lotus Seeds in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

Fleet Lotus Seeds is a handy resource that can give Link much-needed speed. They were first introduced in Zelda Breath of the Wild and were available near Ne’ez Yohma Shrine and throughout the Lanayru Wetlands. These seeds come from a plant that grows near deep water, and their roots draw nutrients from the water itself. This unique trait gives cooked dishes with them the ability to increase movement speed. So whether trying to outrun enemies or get from one place to another more quickly, having these Seeds in your inventory can be valuable.

These seeds are used to prepare meals such as Hasty Steamed Fruit, Hasty Fruit, and Mushroom Mix. Also, this material can be used as fusing materials for shields,  weapons, and arrows. Therefore, These Seeds become more valuable since you can use them for all three types of weapons. Also, You can make green dye by using them.
