To obtain Sinistea Chips in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, you must capture the Sinistea Pokemon you find in the wild. You can find Sinistea in ruins biome of the South Province around Alfornada and in East Province.
We recommend you search for Sinistea in ruins near the Alfornada area. There are more chances for you to encounter Sinistea here than in any other location in the game.
Once you find a Sinistea Pokemon, It is best to use ghost or Dark -type Pokemon such as Gengar or Gloom to battle it. We also recommend using a Pokémon with Move Tutor moves such as Hex, Shadow Claw, and Dream Eater to have an advantage in battle.
Once you have taken Sinistea down, the Sinistea Pokemon will drop a chip: the Sinistea Chip. Collect the chip, and you will now have a Sinistea Chip in your inventory which is required to evolve Charcadetes.
