There are many resources in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom that add to Link’s overall power. Skyshrooms are an essential consumable item in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom that helps Link stay alive. Players will want to have these in their inventory as early into the game as possible so they can restore Link’s hearts. Although this is not the best solution — and you will find later why — it can provide help in critical situations. This guide will show you how to get Skyshrooms in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to Get Skyshrooms in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

You can get Skyshrooms in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom only on a Sky Island, thus the name Skyshrooms. Skyshrooms grow at the base of trees on Sky Islands.
If you have trouble getting to a Sky Island, you can simply use the Recall ability on the falling rocks from the sky and get up enough to jump to the floating island.
Now, once you spot a Skyshroom in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, press A to pick it up and place it in your inventory. If you want to consume Skyshroom, open the menu and find the Materials tab.
