Season 21 of Destiny 2 has finally arrived, and with it comes a brand new Seasonal Exotic weapon for Guardians to claim. Last Season introduced the Verglas Curve Exotic Stasis Bow, which wasn’t met with great reception initially due to how glitchy it was. This time around, the Centrifuse Arc Exotic Auto Rifle joins the fray for Guardians to collect. With that in mind, it’s time to discuss how to get the Centrifuse Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2.

For the short and sweet answer, the Centrifuse Arc Exotic Auto Rifle can be immediately obtained by Season of the Deep owners, who can claim it immediately from the Season Pass. It costs 1200 Silver to purchase the Season by itself unless the player bought the deluxe edition of the Lightfall DLC; in this case, they would already have all of the Seasons for the upcoming year, including Season of the Deep.

Don’t worry, though, as players who don’t own the Season can still acquire the gun at Season Pass level 35. It will take a little grinding, but the weapon is definitely worth the trouble, as it’s very likely this gun will quickly rise the ranks in usage thanks to its perks.

Get The Centrifuse Exotic Catalyst In Destiny 2

Like all Seasonal Exotic weapons in Destiny 2, their Centrifuse Exotic Catalysts are very straightforward to obtain. When the player gets the gun, they can head over to the weapon smith, Banshee, who will have a Catalyst quest waiting for them. The player will be tasked with completing various activities with the gun equipped or defeating a certain number of enemies with it. Completing all the steps will allow them to return to Banshee, who will have the Catalyst waiting for them to claim.

The Guardian must defeat 700 enemies with the gun to complete the Catalyst. This can be done in any activity in the game, including PvP, although PvE will be a much easier option. For quick results, the player should venture over to Shuro Chi in the Last Wish Raid and farm the army of Taken Thrall at her doorstep. This method will complete the Catalyst with minimal effort in under an hour.

When the Catalyst is completed, the player can socket it into the gun, allowing it to access the Static Buildup perk. This perk lets the gun gain more overcharge while the user is amplified. This is an excellent Catalyst as it allows the weapon to have another method of gaining overcharge, which is very easy with a proper Arc build. Arc Titans with the Actium War Rig Exotic chest piece will have a field day with this gun.
