Among this event came Ryu, the face of the Street Fighter franchise and one of the most popular characters. With his well-known look, it’s no surprise players jumped at the chance to nab his outfit. How to Get the Ryu Skin in Fortnite
Although Fortnite’s latest update brings new features, skins, and cosmetic items, many players still appreciate skins from previous updates. One of those is Street Fighter.
If you know about Street Fighter, then you know Ryu. He’s the face of the franchise as the main protagonist, and all fans can instantly recognize his iconic outfit. If you’re also a Fortnite fan, you can enjoy him in this game too.
So, how do you get the Ryu skin in Fortnite?
Just like any other skin, the Ryu outfit was sold in the Item Shop. We use past tense because it is more than likely out of rotation. So, if you don’t currently see it, then you just have to wait for him to reappear in the Item Shop. When he was available, he sold for 1,600 V Bucks.
Additionally, you could also get the Ryu Fortnite skin along with the Ryu & Chun-Li bundle. That one was priced at 2,200 V Bucks.
As of now, Ryu’s last release in the Item Shop was over 100 days ago. So, there is a good chance he may show up soon. Keep a close watch on the Item Shop so you’re ready when it comes back.
