- Jump to the left of the narrow path under the Hill When you just passed the Board Artazon name on it.
- Take the first path to the right and continue passing the ruins.
- Go directly to the Grassy area under the Hill, and you will find the TM there.
West of Area One of the North province
- Start from the Poke center and climb the Hill to the left. You will find the TM on the top of the Hill.
