Dragon Quest Treasures is the latest spin-off from the long-running Square Enix’s RPG series, Dragon Quest. Here you play as siblings Erik and Mia (the same characters from Dragon Quest XI) that are transported to the mysterious land of Draconia. Erik and Mia then will have to explore and make new monster friends to uncover Draconia’s secrets. In order to keep going through their journey, here’s how you can heal and revive your monster party in Dragon Quest Treasures.
How to Heal Yourself and Monsters in Dragon Quest Treasures
- Using the Dragon Dagger
- In the middle of battle, you can heal Erik or Mia by pressing and holding the X button. It will consume a portion of MP in order to heal Erik’s HP.
- Pellets and Ammunition
- In Dragon Quest Treasures, Erik can fight by shooting various types of Pellets. Interestingly, the same goes for healing ally monsters’ HP too; you need to shoot items like Heal Pellets and Multiheal Pellets at your allies to heal them.
- To heal allies’ MP, you can use Addra Pellets instead. However, just like Heal Pellets, this cannot be used for Erik or Mia! You will need to level up to heal Erik/Mia’s MP.
- Campfires
- Resting at Campfire will completely heal you and your monsters’ HP and MP. Camps are scattered throughout the maps, so check the campfire icons if you need to find them.
How to Revive Monsters in Dragon Quest Treasures
If you want to revive monsters, instead of walking up to them and holding X, you should press and hold A. Doing this will also consume MP. The higher your monster levels are, the more MP they will consume for healing/reviving as well. For that reason, keeping an eye on your MP during both travel and battles is essential to keep your team alive.
