Learning how to change your character’s appearance with Diablo 4 transmog system is an absolute must in this long journey. Diablo 4 offers unique cosmetics for each class. You can customize your character with the transmog system and embrace the diverse gameplay and dialogue options. However, staring at your character’s face for too long can make you notice some flaws you wish you had noticed earlier. That’s why Diablo 4 has a feature that allows you to customize your character’s appearance even if you’re already out in the world.
How To Unlock & Use Transmog in Diablo 4
Before you can use transmog and change your cosmetics and appearance, you have to put in some work first. To use transmog in Diablo 4, you have to complete the Prologue and head to Kyovashad, the first hub area. This process unlocks transmogrification for your character.
How To Change Appearance
Once unlocked, you can transmog any time you find a Wardrobe. Look for wardrobe icons on the map in significant towns or cities. These are your ticket to the transmog system. Open the wardrobe to tweak your character’s appearance. Customize each armor piece by selecting styles and pigments. Create ensembles for quick outfit changes.
If you’re looking for more transmog options in Diablo 4, hunt for gear that says “Unlocks new look on salvage.” Then, salvage it with a blacksmith to gain new transmog options and craft tidbits.
The best part is that Diablo 4‘s transmog system takes things a bit further. You do not need to worry if you change your mind about the new appearance. Hide transmog by selecting the gear piece in your inventory. It reverts to its original look.
To change your character’s appearance, head to the identical wardrobes you use for the Diablo 4 transmog system. Once there, use the appearance tab. You can switch up clothing style, makeup, jewelry, and markings there for a fresh look.
