Shrine hunting in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be difficult. There is so much land to cover to find these numerous side areas. If you are in West Necluda, a small pond area called Oakle’s Navel has a cave system with a Shrine Crystal inside. Delivering this crystal to the Shrine will get you your latest Light of Blessing. Here is how to open and unlock the Tokiy Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
How to Open the Tokiy Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Once you get into Oakle’s Navel, look to the east side to find the cave. Go through this Tears of the Kingdom tunnel, and you will find the crystal sitting on a pedestal. Interact with it for the wall in front of you will open up. Before picking up the crystal, look to the right to find some wooden boards. Using Ultrahand, attach them to the side of the crystal.
In the room ahead of you are a couple of hills where rocks are rolling down into a water pond. To unlock the Tokiy Shrine, you need to get beyond this room. You can try carrying the crystal past them, but you will drop it in the water if you get hit. It will then spawn back at the beginning. Instead, use the wooden boards attached to the crystal as a shield of sorts. Walk to the side while keeping the boards in front of you. When you get halfway through, turn around to protect the other side.
You will hit a checkpoint when you drop down into the next area. If you lose the crystal from now on, it will appear on the pedestal here. Start by placing the crystal on the ground and remove it from the boards. Go forward to find a tunnel where a large boulder is rolling down the hallway. To the left is some water with a hidden cave with a Bubbulfrog to get another Bubbul Gem.

After you get your Bubbul Gem, wait for the boulder to roll back down to within range of you. Use Recall on the boulder to send it back up the hill. While it is doing this, pick up the crystal and make your way to the end of the tunnel. The Shrine is sitting at the back here.
