From debuts of games at such events to the destruction of beloved retro titles, these moments are sure to leave an impression. And if you notice that some speedruns are listed as “bonus games” on the official schedule, it means that a specific donation target must be reached to unlock those runs during the marathon. The games marked with an asterisk (*) above fall under the category of “bonus games,” making those moments ideal times to contribute to the cause. For instance, the blindfolded Breath of the Wild run at the end sounds amazing and might merit a watch even if you don’t follow speedruns. Unfortunately, though, Tears of the Kingdom won’t have any speedruns.
