Robbie Williams’ wife, Ayda Field, was named as a potential replacement for Lisa Rinna on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Earlier this month, DeuxMoi revealed that a tipster claimed Ayda would be a new cast member on the Bravo show.
However, sources told RadarOnline.com the rumors are false. Ayda has been married to Robbie since 2010 and is followed by Kyle Richards on Instagram.
Nevertheless, a source said there is no plan to hire her as a main cast member or even as a “friend”.
The Season 13 Cast Remains Incomplete
Season 13 is slated to start shooting by the end of January. The returning cast members are Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Crystal Minkoff, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke.
Another source claimed that the cast feels like Kathy Hilton is “being wishy-washy” about her return.
Lisa announced her exit from the show earlier this month. The former Bravo star said in her statement:
“This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”
A rep for the RHOBH alum added that Lisa and Bravo reached a mutual agreement not to renew her contract. Sources also told the news outlet that Lisa demanded $2 million for the upcoming season or she would walk.
Following her departure, Diana Jenkins also left the show after one season. The pregnant businesswoman said her pregnancy was considered “high risk,” and she could not “devote [herself] fully to filming.”
“I would like to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy, and for their support and understanding,” Diana said at the time.
She also promised to share her pregnancy journey with fans.
Meanwhile, Bravo is yet to announce who will take Lisa and Diana’s spots next season. However, it is now certain Ayda Fields won’t replace Lisa Rinna. RHOBH Season 12 was drama-filled, and filming for the next season was put on a break to allow some peace. One can only wonder if Season 13 would serve up more drama. Time will tell!
